Before finalizing your bathroom rental, you also should consider the availability of power and water at your event location. Power and water connections determine the placement location at the event. The best practice is to place the mobile trailer 50′ or closer to the water spigot and outlet.

If power and water are unavailable at the location, you’ll need to communicate this. Your event rental company can make the necessary arrangements to help.

Mobile Bathroom Rental Price

It’s important to factor in the rental cost of bathrooms for your event. Keep in mind that the size of the bathroom trailer can affect the cost. Generally, mobile bathroom rentals start at $1,000.

Larger bathroom trailers can also be cost-effective depending on your event type. One 8-stall bathroom trailer will be more affordable than two individual 4-stall bathrooms. 

Smaller trailers come with a lower price tag. At many companies, 2-stall trailers are the smallest model. And thus come with the cheapest price tag.

Mobile bathroom rental costs add ons

The base rental cost assumes that water and power are available on location. These are the 2 most important parts of the mobile bathroom functioning. 

If they are not available, add-ons may increase the price of your mobile bathroom rental if required. 

Depending on your needs, add-ons can include power, water, pickup, delivery, waste management, and more. 

Generators, which are mobile power sources can be added to the quote. If there is no power source available at the location. 

Some companies may also charge a water fee if a water supply is not available at the location. The bathroom trailers need water to flush the toilets as well as for hand washing. 

Pickup and delivery fees may vary based on the distance to the event site. Some companies also free delivery, but most do not. 

If you are making a weekly or monthly reservation, different add on’s may apply. Regular cleaning and emptying of the trailer will need to be scheduled. This could occur weekly or monthly. 

Cleaning fees may be added depending on the duration of your rental. Taking these factors into account will help you accurately assess the total cost of your mobile bathroom rental.

We hired them for our wedding a few weeks ago. The owner was kind & the communication was great! Delivery went smoothy and she provided full set up. She even put out welcome mats in front of each stall! The stalls themselves were beautiful! They were super clean and well decorated/stocked. There was even enough space for me in my poofy dress to get in there with a bridesmaid! Cannot recommend highly enough!

The three stall trailer was perfect for our daughter’s outdoor wedding reception of 150 guests. People remarked on how they’d never seen such fancy porta-potties! Being able to wash your hands is a real plus as well. They are also well lit above the doors which was crucial in the dark and rainy evening.
