Pricing Restroom Rentals for Weddings
Delivery, setup, and pickup of the portable Restroom Rentals are included at no extra cost. Once on-site for the event, trailer placement is important. The restroom trailer must be within 50 feet of the water and electricity hookup. We will provide the water hose and extension cord.
By collecting the address, day, time, and contact info of the event when submitting the request. In the week prior we will reach out to confirm the delivery time, date, and placement location.

Wedding Bathroom Trailer Delivery
Our portable bathroom trailer is 15 ft. Plan ahead of time where you want it placed at your wedding, party, or graduation. Somewhere out of the way of the main event, but still close. The pickup truck will need to be able to drop it off and pick it up.
The portable restroom trailer weighs over 5,000 pounds and is over 10ft tall. It should be placed away from low-hanging trees. Additionally, the weight of the trailer may sink the ground beneath it, if the event is held on an especially rainy day.

Our restroom trailer rentals start at $1,400 per day in 2023. This includes all toiletries, as well as disposal of trash and waste after the event.

How many bathrooms should I rent for my wedding?
This answer depends on 1) Guest Count 2) Reception Length 3) Food & Beverage Options
Generally, the 3-stall restroom trailer is perfect for small to medium weddings, up to 200 people. It can be used for up to 750 flushes, and it never met an open bar it couldn’t handle.
Where should I put the wedding bathroom trailer?
The mobile bathroom trailer needs to be on flat(ish) ground so that all the plumbing can work. The trailer is 13 ft tall, 11 ft long, and 9 ft wide. So the location should be roomy enough to easily deliver it and set it up.
If you will be using on-site water and power, aim for 50 ft from the exterior spigot and outlet. If not, go crazy the restroom trailer can be placed anywhere. Far from the photo booth, but right by the caterers. Whatever you want, we don’t care.
Will my wedding venue allow a restroom trailer?
Yes! But you should ask anyway. Especially if you are only renting the venue for 1-day this will affect when the pickup and drop off can occur. Also, your wedding venue can help you pre-select the spot for the restroom trailer.
